NDIS information

Where we describe how the NDIS works, we are summarising publicly available information in plain language. The NDIS changes, and the National Disability Insurance Agency is the only authoritative source. Always check ndis.gov.au for the current position.

Using this site does not make you a client

Sending us an enquiry, or reading this website, does not create a service relationship between us. Supports begin only once we have spoken, agreed what we will provide, and both signed a service agreement.

Enquiries you send us

When you contact us through this site, only send what you are comfortable sending. Email is not a secure channel. Please do not send detailed health information, identity documents or financial details through the contact form. If we need that information we will tell you a safer way to provide it.

You are welcome to read, print and share pages for your own personal or non-commercial use. Please do not reproduce our content on another website or in commercial material without asking us first.
