No. Plenty of people call us while they are still applying, or waiting on a plan, or just trying to work out whether the NDIS is worth applying for. We are happy to talk either way.

Yes, and you can change your mind. We will introduce you before anything is locked in, and if the match is not right you tell us and we find someone else. You are not stuck with a person who does not suit you.

We deliver services through Melbourne and across Victoria. If you are not sure whether you are in range, call and ask.

It is where you and an NDIS planner go through what you need day to day and what you want to work towards. Come prepared. Notes on a typical week, any reports from health professionals, and the parts of the day you find hardest. What you say there shapes what gets funded.

Three, and you can combine them. NDIA managed means the NDIS pays your providers and keeps the records. Plan managed means a registered plan manager pays your providers and keeps your financial records for you. Self managed means you, or a nominee, pay providers directly and keep the records, which gives the most flexibility and the most paperwork. Whichever you choose, funding can only be spent on supports that are in your plan.

You get a copy of your plan and can start using the funding from its start date. From there it is choosing providers, agreeing what they will do and when, and putting service agreements in place. Support coordination funding exists for exactly this if it feels like a lot.
